Request Data Deletion

If you have used SEO James and would like to request the deletion of your personal data, you can do so by contacting us. We are committed to respecting your privacy and will process all deletion requests promptly.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Your account information (name, email, business details)
• All OAuth tokens and connected service data
• Business and prospect data you entered into the platform
• AI-generated reports, analyses, and recommendations
• Email send history and campaign data
• Usage logs and analytics associated with your account

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to contact@okeke.us with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your SEO James account. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Retention After Deletion

After processing your deletion request, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before it is permanently purged. We may also retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you.
